About Me
We think he is 5 years old, and was left to stray with his brother when his owners moved house. He is a very affectionate cat with loads of love to give to his new owners. He is a happy calm cat who deserves a second chance! Big Bear needs to be an indoor cat because he has Feline Leukaemia Virus. He could live with other cats with FELV, or could be an only cat. With FELV, it is likely that the Big Bear's lifespan will be shortened, but there is no way of predicting how long an individual cat that is currently healthy, like Big Bear, will live. Some make it well into their teens. The charity will pay for treatments caused by FELV, and you can get insurance to cover other things, such as accidental injury.
